The receptionist was very friendly and understanding when it came to a discrepancy with the time my appointment was scheduled for. The wait was not long at all. I was seen within 15 minutes of waiting in the waiting room. Dr. Kotlyar was very receptive to my concerns, listened to me, and communicated everything to me in a very comprehensive way. I definitely recommend this eye doctor's office.

Dr. Marina Kotlyar earned her OD degree at the New England College of Optometry in 2004. Emphasis of study and externships was on management and treatment of ocular disease, general as well as geriatric optometry care. Dr. Kotlyar completed her externship at a prestigious Bascom Palmer Institute in Miami, Florida. She works extensively evaluating and managing ocular disease including glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, as well as anterior segment disease and contact lens evaluations. Dr. Marina Kotlyar is known for her attention to detail and providing compassionate and personalized patient care. She is fluent in Russian and Spanish languages.

Even though I had an appointment, wait time was over 1hour. Seems more of a first come first serve type of place. Receptionists are also very pleasant and kind. Dr Marina Kotlyar is very pleasant and efficient. Experience with her personally was good, my time with her did feel a bit rushed, but she made sure to answer all my questions. Sales women who you see after the doctor has written your prescription are the worst. They're very rude, have no people skill and left a sour note on my experience.

My visit was great. However, when trying to call them back to discuss my contact lenses prescription. The lady on the phone told me I never went to this location even though I saw this doctor and used the address in the zocdoc application. So now I have to travel to the store to just to let them now how the contacts were. They need to update the address and phone number in the zocdoc app.

Dr Marina was excellent. All her staff, especially her assistant nurse Anna was very courteous and highly professional. Dr Marina was extremely helpful and helped me by providing her email address for further exchange of information as I was traveling out of country the next day. The clinic and the outlet was spick and span; the location was convenient to find. Overall, fully recommended.

The Doctor and Doctor's assistant were both great, nice, personable and did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable, I would definetly recommend them to anyone.
However, the girl at the front desk when you sign in, was rude and had a terrible attitude. She did not want to answer any questions regarding the information that she required me to sign and overall presented poor customer service.
I still give my visit a GOOD status because the physicians were great and that is what matters most.
