My recovery was way quicker than his original prognosis! In the end, that's the most important thing.

Dr Failinger is the best! I would recommend him to anyone. Worth the wait
Verified patient
The Dr. and his staff were all very helpful and informative.
Verified patient
Filled out paperwork online but had more paperwork to fill out when i arrived at the office, which caused a 30 minute delay from when i arrived (at time of appointment) to when i was taken to the back. I had a few xrays done and waited some more. The doctor was in and out in less than five minutes and told me to rest my injury and maybe do PT. Glad i went to PT as they diagnosed something different than what the doctor had and helped rehabilitate my injury.
Verified patient
Weak handshake. I felt like he didn't really listen to my issue. I brought previous films, but he never looked at them. He pretty much said that he wasn't the doctor that I needed to see and referred me to a different MD.
Dr. Failinger, the consummate professional, is very great to work with. He answers all questions, and you never feel rushed.

Listened, informative, and a charmer!
Dr. was great ! He was very good explaining and suggesting treatment for my shoulders. The staff was great and helpful with information gathering and x-rays. I will be going back !
Verified patient
He examined me, gave me several treatment options and told me the risk all 3 options. We will revisit these options in the near future to make a decision. Very informative and happy with all aspects of the visit.
Verified patient
Dr. Failing was great. Took the time to show me my MRI and really explained what was going on. I have found my orthopedic partners!
Verified patient
Wonderful & easy visit for a new time patient- felt very comfortable and was given care & direction I needed in a timely manner.
Verified patient
Great guy! Loved his attitude.
Verified patient
I am impressed with Dr. Failinger's professionalism. He can be very blunt about what is expected of his patients in order to get the best overall results for any procedure; however, in time I have come to greatly appreciate this bluntness. It has significantly improved the entire process of getting back to where I want to be as an active individual. I would very much refer Dr. Failinger to anyone else who is serious about getting better!
Verified patient
He was great. He listened to my concerns and made the least invasive treatment recommendation. He quickly diagnosed my condition and provided speedy treatment.
Verified patient
He's a good physician but really didn't spend a lot of time with in this visit. I had a previous opinion so I think he just went along with what the other physician had to say which is fine if that is the accurate info.
Verified patient
I thought I was treated very good by front office staff, she was very good at making me feel welcomed at your office.I give all staff a ten. Thank you for helping me w. my problem.
Verified patient
After a lengthy Wait I felt as if I was rushed through. He had 8 X-rays taken and barely glanced at 2 of them. His staff on the other hand were all very friendly and efficient!
Very informative and thorough
Verified patient
Personable, very useful information, diagnosis well explained, treatment acceptable & helpful. Office personnel cheerful and very helpful.
Verified patient
absolutely great!!! i returned to see this doctor after 4 years based on his professionalism, personableness, directness ...no beating around the bush, and knowledge. Simply put- I trust him explicitly and the staff!
Verified patient
was not in any hurry to leave answered all of our questions and concerns gave us a number to call a therapist was not rushing to surgery said that it was not needed at this time
From the day I set my appointment up on the web site, then the day of my appointment when I walked in the door until I left the office I felt an ease that was very satisfying to me. I was treated with the utmost respect from the receptionist, to the Dr.'s assistant and then from Dr Fallinger himself. I appreciated his bedside manners and then the fact that he just told me the way it was, live with it or surgery and recommended other surgeons
Verified patient
Very knowledgable and personable.
Verified patient
Great!
Couldn't have been more pleased!
Verified patient
The wait time, all things considered, wasn't too bad. Once they decided on x-rays, they had me in the room and x-rayed (with developed images) in less than 10 minutes. The doc came in shortly after and spent quite a bit of time with me. We will see how things turn out, but so far, very happy with my choice.
Verified patient
He was a very knowledgable and helpful!
Verified patient
Although the wait time was a little longer than I anticipated, it was well worth it. Dr. Failinger made sure he took his time with each patient, which is why I didn't get in right away. He is thorough in his examination, and never makes you feel like you're being rushed. He took time to answer any and all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with him. The rest of the staff was wonderful too! I had my 2 month old daughter with me, and had to get x-rays. The nurses were so respectful of my concerns, and sweet, that I felt comfortable letting them keep an eye on my duaghter while my x-rays were being taken (I was able to stay in the exam room until they were ready to take the x-rays, and they had me back in the exam room within 5 minutes!) As they say, you're only as strong as your weakest link, and Dr. Failinger has a very strong staff to back him up! I highly recommend Dr. Failinger!
