Patient reviews for Dr. Mark Ganjianpour
Very pleasant staff....Asst, techs...The waiting room and wait times can be hit or miss. Always great service.
Doctor Ganjianpour was very friendly and attentive. He listened to my needs and I felt he was very helpful. He also made clear what activities I could and couldn't participate in given my injury.
Super efficient, was very confident in what my issue was and how to tackle it in the best way. Answered all my questions
This office is super nice. Dr Ganjianpour is great. But this place is sooooo overbooked. I was there for a follow up and after waiting in the waiting room and then waiting in the exam room and then seeing the doctor and then waiting for him to check with a radiologist and then waiting at the checkout desk for referrals I was in the office for 2 hours. And to make all of that worse I go out to the parking garage and get hit with. $19.20 parking fee. Outrageous. This place has major logistical issues that they need to resolve.
Great at explaining things and super nice! Aside from the fact that the wait times fluctuate- he is definitely a great choice.
I wish he had done my last surgery...
Great experience witht the Dr. Great staff.....but the wait times between times....can be excessive.
Great manner - listened to me and was not quick to jump to conclusions. Many orthos automatically want to do surgery - Dr. Ganjianpour is very open to many other treatments and strategies
Nice doctor but wait time was ridiculously long
Very thorough and competent
Great experience overall. Would highly recommend.
Great staff and experience.
Wait was way too long He is nice though but had to refer me to another director
I have seen Dr. Ganjianpour for the same issue, Decourvain's Tenosyvitis for both wrists, but about a year apart. He is very professional, courteous and explained everything very thoroughly. I am very at ease with Dr Ganjianpour and trust his opinion. I would highly recommend him for any orthopedic issues, as he is knowledgeable and much more detail oriented than most doctors. Additionally, his staff is excellent. I just went today for the second wrist and I know that my issue will resolve shortly under Dr. Ganjianpour's care.
I've never been seen that fast in my life, all the staff was sooo nice. Great team, very cool and personable doctor.
Professional staff, lovely office space, knowledgeable Doctor, good information obtained. Highly recommend! Great experience.
Excellent in spotting the issue and diagnosing.
Good, professional and efficient.
They called me at 8:50 and asked me to change my appointment from 11:15 to 9:00 because the doctor would not be in the office for my appointment. I asked why my appointment had been confirmed and they did not have a good answer.
Two hours to see the doctor for thirty seconds. Every step of the process was 2 minutes of progress (x-rays, or check-in, or checking out) and 30-45 minutes of sitting around waiting. Definitely felt like a cog in the system. Won't be returning. I don't have enough time for that and he clearly isn't interested in building a relationship with the clients. Seemed to be a good doctor but he's just processing WAY too many people each day. Oh and the kick in the pants on the way out, the parking garage fee was $17 for the 2 hours I had to park there waiting on him.
He and his colleagues gave me superb care! The wait time was less-than-good. I had about five phases come up from X-rays to consultations, and it took about 20 minutes between each quick task. Still, I walked away feeling empowered and educated, and trusted that I was in excellent hands!
Professional, on time and efficient. Dr. Ganjianpour was great!
Everything that I expected from a professional , experienced MD.
The Doctor along with his assistant and staff were all wonderful. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable as well! I will remain under his care and I'm so happy I found a good team!
A very nice bedside manner. X-ray staff was super nice as well. Front office was efficient and pleasant too It was my first visit but I will return based on my impressions
Very pleasant. Courteous, professional staff. Everything was explained to me and the treatment plan was sensible and sustainable.
Office was nice and clean, pretty organized as well. Everyone that worked there was pleasant. However, the wait time was ridiculously long and I felt like a cog in a machine...not what I would expect after waiting over an hour to even see the Dr. and then have 5 minutes with his PA and 2 with him. Very frustrating considering the wait time.
Very kind and professional. The people at the office were very nice too, from the receptionist to the doctor's assistant. I am very happy with my experience
I was really impressed, it was very convenient.
Dr. Mark Ganjianpour has a fantastic staff and he was a very attentive and thorough doctor. He took the time to review my hip pain thoroughly and didn't just default to surgery at all as some have complained about. His physician assistant/intern Alicia was amazing. I highly recommend both of them and their office staff. Nice office setting itself too!
