I had a great experience with Dr. Ganjianpour. After having seen many doctors regarding my knee, with no significant outcome or proper diagnosis, Dr. Ganjianpour has by far been the most knowledgable - he explained the exact issue with my knee, took my injury seriously and gave me great recommendations for treatment. All the staff at the facility are beyond friendly and helpful too.

The clinical staff are all friendly, professional, and took great care to listen to the issues I’m experiencing, provide a clear diagnosis and course of action, and answer my questions. I’m happy to have found such a caring team! Everyone in the office seems lovely, but the administrative process seems quite disorganized. (I hope they are just working through some challenges and that my experience with them has been unusual.) It has been challenging to connect with the Dr.s office and confirm appointment information and next steps at each point along the way. For both appointments, the time I confirmed on ZocDoc was not available and I was asked to call the office to then reschedule. My appointment times and info weren’t then updated in ZocDoc. It took multiple calls to the office to get a typo in my paperwork corrected and to get a link to login to my telehealth appointment. I hope they can get their admin process ironed out!

Great experience witht the Dr. Great staff.....but the wait times between times....can be excessive.
I would have like the cortisone shot. I'm not sure I have time to go get an MRI and come back again.
Visit was great, wait time was terrible and they don’t validate for parking so it cost 20 dollars

I’m really pleased with the results of seeing this physician. He injected the area where I’ve been suffering from pain in the office and used numbing cream to reduce the discomfort. This is the first time I’ve walked normally in a year!

Dr. Ganjianpour was very thorough and explained everything that we needed to know in laymen's terms. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

My experience with Dr. Ganjianpour was very positive. He was attentive to my inquiries, answered all my questions, and helped me understand why I felt how I did. His treatment did wonders for my ailment - I thought I would spend another sleepless night due to my condition, but that was not the case! I appreciate his service very much. Thanks to him and his staff I feel much better.

Very upset to write this review. I had a great experience as a new patient at my appointment. However, I am currently in tears due to the support staff. I have a muscle spasm pressing on my sciatic nerve and am in need of a muscle relaxer. One was prescribed to me on Wednesday, but for some reason never made it to my pharmacy. I called the office FOUR times today, starting at 9am to make sure my prescription was filled before the weekend. The fourth time I called, I was told all the assistants were gone for the day and I’d have to wait til Monday. Which is exactly what I was treating to avoid. The front desk woman, Crystal, was completely dismissive and didn’t even try to help me when I told her I was in pain and needed this prescription today. All she could say is “apologies for the inconvenience.” I asked her if there was anyone she could reach out to for an emergency and she said no. Again, my in office visit was great. Everyone was nice, timely and attentive. But this aftermath of trying to get my prescription and the lack of compassion from the support staff is very upsetting. I’ll be heading to an urgent care now to try to have them give me a muscle relaxer so I can make it through the weekend.

All went well, got the answers I needed.
The doctor was great and so was his assistant. Very friendly, courteous, and good listeners. The X-ray tech and assistant were very friendly also.

I haven't been through the entire process yet (insurance claims and payment etc) but so far so good during my 1st visit. The doctor was on time, knowledgeable, helpful and concise. It was a virtual meeting so no waiting and I had forwarded my Xrays and photos of my broken toe to him and his admin department the day prior. I filled out paperwork, scanned, signed from home so everything ran well at the time of the appointment. He sent in a prescription and I got a call from the pharmacy a couple of hours later for pickup. Smooth process.

It was my first time seeing this Dt and using this app to book my appointment. The staff was really nice at first they didn’t know I had used the app but the other receptionist heard me say my name and had a folder of my information all ready from the app. It was very useful indefinitely shorten the amount of time that I waited to see the doctor. Everyone at the office was great from the nurses to the x-ray technicians and the doctor himself was very informative and put me at ease right away. Explained what it happened to me told me what the possible treatment options were and scheduled an MRI and a follow up appointment after that. I would definitely recommend this doctors office and also using the app help save me time when I got there.

The staff were all very friendly, from the office administrators, nurses, physician assistant, doctor and x-ray technicians. Office was clean. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The Physician Assistant was very helpful and saw me first. She reviewed my information and gave her opinion and recommendation. The Doctor had the same opinion and recommendation and explained the best course of action. He did not seem in a hurry, nor did he rush our meeting.

Dr. G is the absolute best. He has done two surgeries for me and both went incredibly well. This is the ortho you want to go to!!
The office is very nice and well-appointed. The friendly staff greet you openly and are eager to get you on your way to see the Doctor.

Dr. Ganjianpour is exactly what you're looking for in an orthopedic professional. Excellent bedside manner and he makes no attempt to sell you on expensive imaging/services. Best orthopedist in the Southern California area!

Dr. Ganjianpour was recommended by the personal trainer of a friend in West Hollywood, and because he is also affiliated with Cedars-Sinai, we chose him. He is scheduled to perform surgery on my daughter for a torn ACL next week. I would have liked to leave a review several months after the surgery on ZocDoc, but I don't think that is an option. So, for what it's worth, we had a good first impression of Dr. Ganjianpour during our office visit. A nurse's assistant came in and reviewed the MRI results with us and Dr. Ganjianpour showed up a little over an hour after our scheduled appointment. We had initially scheduled a surgery for this coming week at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, but because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we decided to stay in California and do the surgery here instead. Dr. Ganjianpour essentially made the same recommendations as Dr. Fabricant at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, which we know and trust. He was also able to schedule the surgery promptly, which was important to us since we have been waiting out the pandemic for several months after the skiing accident. Dr. Ganjianpour's assistant Juan, is helping us schedule the prerequisite appointment with a family doctor and also the Covid-19 test too.
He is kind and knowledgeable

Doctor Ganjianpour was very friendly and attentive. He listened to my needs and I felt he was very helpful. He also made clear what activities I could and couldn't participate in given my injury.

This office is super nice. Dr Ganjianpour is great. But this place is sooooo overbooked. I was there for a follow up and after waiting in the waiting room and then waiting in the exam room and then seeing the doctor and then waiting for him to check with a radiologist and then waiting at the checkout desk for referrals I was in the office for 2 hours. And to make all of that worse I go out to the parking garage and get hit with. $19.20 parking fee. Outrageous. This place has major logistical issues that they need to resolve.
Verified patient
Great at explaining things and super nice! Aside from the fact that the wait times fluctuate- he is definitely a great choice.
Verified patient
I wish he had done my last surgery...
Verified patient
Great manner - listened to me and was not quick to jump to conclusions. Many orthos automatically want to do surgery - Dr. Ganjianpour is very open to many other treatments and strategies

Nice doctor but wait time was ridiculously long

I have seen Dr. Ganjianpour for the same issue, Decourvain's Tenosyvitis for both wrists, but about a year apart. He is very professional, courteous and explained everything very thoroughly. I am very at ease with Dr Ganjianpour and trust his opinion. I would highly recommend him for any orthopedic issues, as he is knowledgeable and much more detail oriented than most doctors. Additionally, his staff is excellent. I just went today for the second wrist and I know that my issue will resolve shortly under Dr. Ganjianpour's care.

Excellent in spotting the issue and diagnosing.

Good, professional and efficient.

They called me at 8:50 and asked me to change my appointment from 11:15 to 9:00 because the doctor would not be in the office for my appointment. I asked why my appointment had been confirmed and they did not have a good answer.
