“The dr seemed knowledgeable, pleasant and listened to what i hasd to say.
After checking everything he gave me a better answer than the first surgeon i went to see. No need for hip replacement, Yeah.
The only thing i would recommend would be to update their equipment (a little outdated) as well as their furniture.
Otherwise, i liked the verdict for a second opinion.
Tks

The office was very dirty and unkempt. The exam room had random supplies in it, a moldy chair (literally had visible mold) and a rickety exam table with an ace bandage propping up one of its legs. I was seen by a student before the dr who pushed x-rays on me even though i had already had them with another dr and they had come back normal. The doctor spent 60 seconds with me and contradicted my prior diagnosis but didn’t give me a new one. I left a little bit poorer with a recommendation for physical therapy.

office really needs to some stricter covid precautions in the waiting room. I waited for over an hour with 6 other people in a room not big enough for all of our comfort's as it was 3 of the other patients talking openly about it and very upset. They were told they could wait outside but the had orthopedic injuries and were unable to stand for that long.
Just a suggestion...maybe try not to schedule your patients on top of each other??? I truly understand you get backed up but then you need to book less during these times.
Thank you

My appointment was at 9:45 and I was there 15 minutes earlier than my appointment. He came to visit room at 10:45.
While I was explaining my symptoms his phone rang and he left the room to answer.
When he came back he was asking asking me the same questions, meaning he wasn't listening to me at all.
He spent less than 5 minutes for physical examination.
Totally unhappy with my visit

After a car accident, I needed an orthopedist who could see me timely as I was having a lot of neck and back pain shocks and cramping of the muscles. I was referred to Dr. Rad and after seeing his fantastic Yelp reviews decided to try to book an appointment soon, and they fit me in quickly. The staff was delightful and worked efficiently and Dr. Rad asked me questions and thoroughly went through all my problems with me and I was sent to his physical therapist right away for a first appointment. Great experience, staying with this doctor!

Dr. Rad is a miracle worker; he transformed my life from being one of fairly severe pain to one of comfort, mobility and freedom.I chose Dr. Rad to do my anterior hip replacement surgery. It was all a very positive experience as all went smoothly which I was glad about as it was the first surgery I had ever had. He gave me an opportunity to ask even the most menial question during my healing process and what was happening. And I always got a prompt, thorough answer back as soon as possible. I would happily recommend any family or friends who have to go through any replacements of their joints to go to Dr. Rad for their surgery. His staff is amazing. They did all the paperwork for authorizations, and are very friendly.

My appointment with Dr. Rad was one of the best I've ever had with a physician. He diagnosed my knee problem carefully and accurately (x-rays), offered options, explained the one I chose, and did his best to accommodate my other commitments when scheduling surgery. His training, experience, and demeanor have given me a great deal of confidence in my decision.

Dr. Rad is one of the most talented and best surgeons I've ever seen. He did my knee replacement, and did an amazing job. He got rid of my pain and now I am 100% pain free. He has the most professional staff we've ever seen. My only complaint is that it's hard to get to see him right away due to his busy schedule but it's well worth the wait. He listens, did thorough exam and had very clear discussion about the plan, and what to expect after the surgery. He has a lot of compassion and empathy for his patients. Dr. Rad is extremely knowledgeable and spends as much time as you need to answer your questions.

Dr. Rad was awesome! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't make me feel rushed or anything. He answered all my questions and was very patient. The staff was very friendly as well. They got me in and out of there quicker than I expected. I will definitely be coming back and will be referring him to everyone I know who needs an orthopedic doctor.

He's an awesome doctor! He listens to you, explains in detail everything that's going on, does thorough exams to check up on everything, and he even called to follow up that everything felt fine. More doctors should be like him.

This was my first visit with Dr. Rad. I found him to be knowledgeable about his area of expertise and direct in presenting my medical alternatives. I’m so impressed with my visit more so than I have been with a doctor in a long time. Even as a first time patient with an appointment made the day before, not only was I seen right away, but the doctor took more time with me than every other doctor I've seen in years put together. After a decade of daily shoulder pain, I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time! Will definitely recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care!
