I said I waited almost 40 min BUT I called him only 45 min before to make the appt so he did me a favor and fit me in. Made me feel comfortable Wasn't anything serious so I can't say much but I would go to him again
Verified patient
He was professional and he went the extra mile in coordinating treatments I need with a pharmacy that treatshe my specific condition and arranged for continuity of treatment between me and pharmacy.

Dr. Mark is so kind.

Um, Imwen so used to having great bedside manner, that u didn't care to much for his treatment. He only looked at my feet without touching it. Sent me for an Xray and gave me some pain cream that doesn't work much for me. He's at the office I visited every other Wednesday, very Inconvenient for me, since my feet was hurting a lot. Nonetheless, I switched my doctor asap

Excellent. A very good doctor that I would recommend to others. A positive experience. This doctor will become the family doctor.

Dr. Morano is probably just fine on his own, but the experience in this office was atrocious. The office that he works out of in RVC had a fire recently, but you don't know it until you get there. The co-pay is CASH only. I had to use an ATM inside the building to pay, incurring a ridiculous ATM service fee. I was then told to go upstairs, where I was seen in a room that looked like a combination of a conference room and a storage room. It was extremely unprofessional and I basically paid to have him touch my toe and tell me to come back in 3 weeks to be sent out for an X-ray. I never returned. Until this office is redone and fixed, STAY far away.
Verified patient
Very quick diagnosis on my flat feet. fastest i've ever been in and out of a doctor's office. all the insurance and PCP hassles were dealt by the doctor. No complaints at all. well worth it.
