About Dr. Sadi Alam
Sadi Alam, DPM has been practicing Podiatric Medicine and surgery in the NY Metro area for over a year.
Dr. Alam graduated from St John’s University majoring in biology (Cum Laude). Dr. Alam went to New York College of Podiatric Medicine for medical school and specialized in foot and ankle pathology. Dr. Alam has completed three years of podiatric surgical residency from Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center specializing in forefoot surgery. He also did an extra year of fellowship training in wound care and hyperbaric medicine in St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway. Dr. Alam is currently board qualified in American board of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Alam is an avid sports lover and has played club level cricket in New York. He also follows football, baseball, basketball and soccer and has special interest in sports medicine. Dr. Alam is fluent in Bengali, Hindi and Urdu.
Dr. Alam practices all aspects of podiatry. He is a soft spoken kind hearted doctor who treats every patient as if they are his own family members. He likes to answer any question that patient may have and explain the pathology and possible treatment options. My appt was at 10 am i arrived at 930am. Office was close at that time. The sign said 10am to 3 pm
I waited until 1020 am and no one arrived to open the office.
I called the number lady from other location pick up saying to give a few more mins for the staff to arrived. Other 3 patients were waiting too. 2 walked out before me. The morning was pouring rain and the staff didn't showed up not even to set up. Horrible place won't recommend. I set up another appt near by and luckily I was able to go and get treatment.
