I really like the doctor. I think he is the most thoughtful, thorough, and well rounded orthopedist I have seen. I have had my fears and doubts about surgery, but I am sure he will do an excellent job. However, dealing with the office and scheduling has been difficult. Just making appointments can be challenging, and the waits are often very long. If it were easier to see the doctor, I would be an easier patient to care for. The whole process has been frustrating the longer I have been a patient there.

The doctor himself is great. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and seems to have a well- rounded, informative approach to treatment. Not just a quick in and out, and throw you on your well. His physician's assistant and x-ray technician also have great bed-side manners as well. The front staff, however leave a little to be desired sometimes with their etiquette and patience in the wait room, on the phone, and scheduling. They can be a bit pushy and bristly, at times rude. This is in contrast to the doctor. Perhaps they are overwhelmed by their work load but they act this way even in less busy moments as well.

There was a very long wait this visit which made me late to work, after having taken time out to schedule in the first place. I spent nearly three times as long in the waiting room as I did in the exam room, and only 5-10 minutes with the doctor. The doctor gave me an unfortunate prognosis, (not hid fault, of course, he's there to help.) and didn't really offer me any alternative or conservative treatment options or routes to solutions besides surgery, unfortunately. Upon further thought after my appointment, I found this odd. It may be that there is already simply too much damage done, but traditionally with my type of condition, alternative therapies are tried first. He did offer that I contact him with any questions, so I am going to do so.

The doctor and his team were very accomodating, helpful, courteous and thorough. I did not have the use of my right hand because of the injury I needed to have treated and a member of his office staff sat with me and filled out all my paperwork. The doctor explained all my options and visually demonstrated to me the issue and how to best resolve it. I later called the office to reschedule a surgery date and the doctor himself got on the phone to schedule a follow-up in the interim. Very hands-on work from everyone from the doctor down to his office staff. I am extremely pleased thus far with my experience.

A gentlemen and a scholar. In this day and age with what Doctors are put through with time constraints he made sure he answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed. He is an excellent doctor happy to have found him.

This guy dropped tons of F-bombs on his staff before and during treating me. He was fine with me but really awful to his assistants.

This was one of those rare occasions where I arrived at the office and was treated with great kindness and professionalism by everyone in his staff.
He had a PA see me before he came in and she was thorough. Then, when he came in to examine me, he was very thorough as well, very kind and seemed to really know his stuff.
One specific that really pleased me was that he did not want to just look at the report from the MRI. He insisted I brought the images so that he could take a look and see if they missed something in the diagnosis.

I have been treated by Dr. Pruzansky a few times for various sports related injuries from finger fractures to arm sprains. Each time I was warmly greeted by the staff and ushered promptly into an exam room. Dr. Pruzansky thoroughly reviewed my injuries going over the xrays and physical findings. He answered all my questions and took excellent care of my fingers and arm. It's a class act operation with first class service.

I have to say that finding this practice with Dr. Pruzansky at Handsport was very lucky on my part. Dr. Pruzansky and his staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have had 2 surgeries for carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands and I am very satisfied with the results. Very professional.
