My appt was originally scheduled for 10:15am, and I received several reminder messages beforehand. The afternoon before, I got a text saying 10:30am — I wish I had been informed earlier, as I had to got back to work, but it didn’t seem like a big change. I arrived on time and only needed to check in, as this was a follow-up after 2 previous appointments earlier this year. After a few minutes, I was taken to a small office to wait for the doctor. I waited for over an hour. From where I was sitting, I could see the doctor working at his computer, answering emails, visiting another patient, and taking a phone call. He saw me there but continued with his work. I’m not saying he was unprofessional, but it makes me wonder why appointments are scheduled if patients are going to wait that long. When he finally came in, he looked at my finger, said there was nothing significative we could do at this point, did not prescribe further physiotherapy, and dismissed me after 4-5 minutes top.
I was very impressed with the office staff and Dr. Rabinovich. He explained what was happening very clearly, and I felt confident that he could help me.
