I highly recommended Dr. Ros. He always welcome patient with happy, smile face. I never waited more than 5 min at the office before seeing the doctor. Clean office, staff very nice and friendly. Dr. Ros he is very proffesional.

Mark Ros, M.D., Ph.D. has been practicing General Ophthalmology in the western Chicago suburbs since starting his private practice in 1994.
After completing a B.S. degree in Physical Chemistry and finishing a three-year service tour in the Armed Forces, Dr. Ros trained in medical research. He earned a Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry from Temple University Medical School in Philadelphia, followed directly by a Research Fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology at the Vanderbilt University in Nashville. In 1987 Dr. Ros graduated with an M.D. degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He served a Medical Internship at Northwestern University Evanston Hospital and an Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago, completing his training in 1991.
Dr. Mark Ros holds a permanent Illinois Medical Licence since becoming Board Certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners in 1988. He became a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology in 1989. Dr.Ros is currently an attending physician and ophthalmic consultant at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital (primary hospital), Alexian Brothers Medical Center, and Adventist GlenOaks Hospital. As an eye surgeon, he performs most of his intraocular procedures at the Elmhurst Outpatient Surgical Center, next door to the new Elmhurst Hospital.
Dr. Ros is fluent in Polish and speaks Russian. He accepts new patients over 6 years of age.

Dr. Ros and staff professional and friendly, is easy to get appoitment in the same day.

As a doctor, he knew what to do and the exam was mostly comprehensive. He did not dilate my eyes. His personality is somewhat belittling which as unprofessional. He was the only one in the office, no front desk person. When I asked questions, he answered them like I was an idiot. I won't go back. But I got my new eye Rx's that I needed. I'm not sure how billing is going to go...
