Dr. Nicole Brauer has been practicing for over 10 years in the Chicagoland area. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry and completed a prestigious residency in ocular disease at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and the Chicago VAs. She has achieved the high distinction of fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry. Throughout her career, Dr. Brauer has taught optometry students at the Illinois College of Optometry and has extensive experience working in both ophthalmology and optometric private practices. She focuses her practice on glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and other health conditions affecting the eyes and visual system. Dr. Nicole enjoys doing yoga and taking way too many pictures of her kids. Drs. Andrew and Nicole live in Wheaton with their two amazing daughters, one wonderful son, and the best dog in the world. Between them, they hold memberships in the American Optometric Association (AOA), American Academy of Optometry (AAO), and American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control (AAOMC).
