Mr. Zawadsky missed the day of school when they spoke about bed side manners. He had a difficult time explaining things to me. However he’s a good surgeon he just would rather not explain what he’s about to do when he cuts you open

Dr. Zawadsky is always great! The parking situation because of construction is awful. Someone with a wheelchair or crutches will have a hard time getting to the Pascarella building.

Excellent service. 09:00 appointment, called for X-rays within 15 minutes, seen by Dr. Zawadsky by 09:35. This doctor is the epitome of congeniality! Most disappointed Specialist visit ever! I had an MRI at Fort Belvoir in November, as the result came in my Primary Care Physician at Fort Myer gave me a referral for a Orthopedic Surgeon. Healthnet gave me the name of MedStar Georgetown Medical Center. I picked up my MRI images on Monday. They never made it into the hands of Dr. Zawadsky as someone in the office gave the DVD with the images to another patient who then left the medical Center. So I had a wasted 2 hours with no result. I do hope Dr. Zawadsky will look at the MRI images when/if the DVD with my images will be returned to the office.

He did not seem to be concerned with me as a patient. I have significant knee pain, yet he just looked at the X-ray and said nothing wrong, gave me a injection for the swelling and sent me on my way. I never got a answer to what could be causing the pain or any pain treatment. It has been two months with no relief in pain. I still have difficulty getting up an down from seated positions and I cannot do stairs well. I went there for answers to what could be wrong with my knee and what I can do to make it better and I am still looking for those answers. I have scheduled another appointment in hopes of finding the answers since the pain in so intense but have little hope in his bedside manner or in him answering my questions. He was only the second orthopedic that I have seen about my knee but he was by far the rudest.

I pre-checked in on line so upon arrival I was seated and Dr. Zawadsky, saw me within 5 minutes of my arrival and I was 20 minutes early. He new the problem immediately, walked me through the options and we made a decision that he laid out, but I made the choice and we proceeded and done. So far great.

Because of everything with one room to another, the time went very fast. Everyone in the office was so pleasant, and thorough.
It has been a long time since I felt so comfortable in an office, and felt great upon. my departure, knowing that the Doctor working with me, showed me that he really cared.
I want to Thank Everyone for their time.
I got into the car with my boyfriend and he asked what I thought of the doctor, because his working partner is looking for a doctor in this field. I suggested he take the telephone number and give the office a call...he will be very happy he did.
