Dr. Nilofar is a pleasant, understanding, and timely doctor and will get her patients the help they need immediately. My past provider would consistently be a no-call, no-show on my appointment dates and tell me to schedule appointments for 3 or more months out. I had no issues booking Dr. Nilofar on a Sunday (Mother’s Day), the night before (11:30pm is when I booked a 12pm appt.).

She always takes her time with me when I go see her and is always very responsive whenever I send her questions about my health through the patient portal. This doctor openly sighed in impatience during the appointment when I was trying to describe my symptoms. Her main goal seemed to be to finish the appointment as quickly as possible and push everything off to the follow-up visit. I also have a rather urgent issue but didn't even bring it up because it was clear that this specialist wouldn't help me sooner than on the next appointment. And all this was happening in an empty office, with no other patients waiting before or after me. The attitude was terrible, and there was no genuine desire to help people.
On a positive note, the office itself is modern and tidy, and it was pleasant to be there while waiting for the appointment.
