I earned my PhD in School Psychology from Fordham University after completing my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education at New York University. Over the past 15 years, I have gained extensive experience in clinical and school settings, supporting adolescents and adults through anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism-spectrum needs, motivation concerns, family changes, social difficulties, and grief. I focus on building practical coping skills and strengthening problem-solving strategies to help you navigate these challenges.
