Dr. Mary Baker is very nice. She explains things pretty well. Overall I enjoy the visit for my annual eye exam.
She is great patient satisfaction comes easy.
Very nice and professional. Quick and close by.
It was an excellent experience. A comprehensive and thorough exam with an outstanding "bedside" manner. I would recommend Dr. Baker's office to others seeking similar services.
She was very professional
Loved it, highly recommend an will be going back.
Dr. Mary was great and Gretchen that helped us pick out glasses was the best!
ALWAYS friendly staff and Dr. Baker is wonderful.
*This was only my first visit. Dr. Baker was very nice, but I felt rushed out at the end. I suppose in order to keep her wait times down she has to rush people out because her appointments are back to back without a gap. Her tech/assistant was very friendly!
Very friendly staff and competent doctor, I'll happily go again. :)
Got in and out in no time. Mary was friendly and easy to work with. Thank you.
Professional
Dr. Baker was excellent and her staff was very attentive. They are ordering a couple additional frames for me to evaluate. I was happy to find a group I feel comfortable with that is easy to get to on the Eastside.
Started out great, I showed up 5 minutes early, filled out paperwork, and was immediately on my way to the exam room. During the exam, Dr. Baker was not very personable. After asking questions regarding my contact use and last exam, I felt judged by the way she responded. She asked a random questtion or two to open up conversation, but did not pay attention to or acknowledge my responses. At the end of the exam, my pupils were dialated to check for Glaucoma. Dr. Baker informed me it would take 20 minutes to take effect and I would be brought back in. During this time, I went to the lobby to check out the selection of glasses, but was cut off my an assistant who insisted I tell her the type of glasses I am looking for, rather than letting me look at the styles on the wall. While I was in the lobby, Dr. Baker brought another patient back to the exam room. I sat in a chair in the lobby after looking at glasses to wait to be called back. Between the 10 minutes looking at frames, and the rest of the time sitting in the lobby, trying to entertain myself on my cell phone (which I could hardly see as a result of dilated pupils), I waited for 40 minutes to get checked for Glaucoma, while she conducted another exam. First, last, and only visit.
Dr. Bakers are about an hour. I got the photo of my eye. Pretty cool. If you have insurance questions I guess Angela is the billing girl. If you need glasses its longer too picked out frames. Crystal the tall girl has great taste though! Watch her facial expressions! Ha
Wonderful doctor! I'm a very busy gal so it's great that she always finds time to get me in! My kids just love her! She really cares about people...I can tell becasue she writes fast and talks at the same time! SMART DOCTOR!
Overall great place! I can tell she loves being an eye doctor because she explains everything so well! Very chatty about what my insurance covers and happy staff too! Even gave me $20 card for referals for sending my wife in.
Charges you for things you didn't agree to or things ou didnt have done. Was going to refer a family member, not no more. I won't be back.
