Dr. Mary Sullivan came to Southwest Florida in 2012 from Alabama. Dr. Sullivan received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in 1998. She then completed a rotating internship and Family Practice Internship at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute. Dr. Sullivan served in the United States Army as Physician at Reynolds Army Community Hospital in Fort Still, Oklahoma doing Family Practice, Obstetrics, Occupational Health and Preventative Medicine. She also served as Clinic Commander at Dugway Army Health Center in Dugway, Utah. Dr. Sullivan was also Chief Staff Physician at Fox Army Health Center, Redstone Arsenal in Alabama. Dr. Sullivan has extensive training and knowledge in the area of Family Medicine, Preventative Health, Occupational Health and Osteopathic Medicine.

Corbett Family Medical Ctr hits all the marks! They were able to get me in for a same day appointment at the time I needed. The front staff was very welcoming and the office setting very relaxing. I would confidently recommend CFMC to anyone needing a provider.
