Dr. Annabell Torres is proud to be a member of Circle Medical, a digital-first, patient-focused experience that makes quality care more accessible than ever. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Florida Hospital Orlando.
I have been in practice now for over 20 years. I am mostly passionate about being able to influence patients' lives for the better. I believe in whole-patient care and have a holistic approach when treating medical conditions.
I believe we are the practitioners that patients are mostly close to and are able to monitor, care for, and treat their chronic medical conditions.
I enjoy my free time exercising. I often dance as a form of exercise as well as relaxation. I am into arts and music. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

She wanted me to go to the hospital. I had doubts, got a second opinion, which was to drink Gatorade and just rest. Fixed me right up. Why are we sending people to the hospital right out the gate?
Also: spending half the appointment pointing out how little time you have for this appointment sucks. I get it, it’s a consult. Stop looking at your watch.
Between the two issues above I have sincere doubts she heard anything I said. Avoid.

Dr was fantastic. Started on a new medication with positive effective results. Had some follow up scheduling issues but got satisfactorily resolved. Would have benefited from instruction to check app for messages and scheduling for new patients not familiar with system (maybe like a forced scheduling tutorial). Will schedule myself in future instead of verbal transaction. Would benefit from text reminders as well, so could have recognized conflict immediately. Need to have accessible phone number to reach a person in case of anything. Being only directed to articles is not helpful. Had to google search for a phone number. Cut all that being said I enjoyed the convenience of the appointment and the doctor was very helpful, professional, and thorough. And she gets my 5 star rating.

Does not listen to needs.
Would schedule appointments without providing date & time, then would charge a late fee if you didn’t show to the appointment she created without patient’s confirmation. Prescribes without any consideration of medical and family history.
After this, she cancelled refills for Rx due to not paying the late fees.
Completely unethical in the way she prescribes.
