The office failed on providing the urgent part of urgent care. Despite a high fever, I waited almost a half an hour. I had my vitals checked and waited another half an hour. I had carefully filled out my forms online and the office was very confused in accessing them. There was no point to filling out the information to caretaker, as no one looked at it and I was asked about my condition by each person I encountered. There are many better urgent care centers. Go to a different one.

The wait was excessive and the staff tried to dismiss it by saying only one doctor was on staff today. I inquired if the other called out and now the one doctor was taking the appointments of two. Nope, just insanely behind schedule. There was a strange odor throughout the office and a patient in the lobby was throwing a fit and demanding his records before marching out. It really added to the atmosphere. The doctor was fine and perfectly friendly but spent 4 minutes with me after an hour and thirty minute wait. The walls of the examination rooms are clearly just for show because I heard every detail about my neighbor's urinary issues; not even muffled, in both English and Spanish. It made me hesitant to really tell the doctor all that I wanted to not knowing who was in the next room over.
