About Dr. Asha Potti

The virtual appointment was good. The challenge was the video and audio quality. The video was fuzzy and the audio was intermittent. Need better technology tools but I was very comfortable with the virtual

Since this was a physical, she reviewed my lab work, provided guidance for lowering my cholesterol, and answered all of my question about Hep C screening, etc. Will continue to see Dr. Potti as my GP!

After taking a survey with Dr. Potti to examine anxiety levels, she began to treat me a bit differently upon realizing that I have a mental illness. It wasn't a bad thing, it was just noticeable that she took extra care to ensure I wasn't worried about other discussions that we had while in the patient room.
While the experience with her nursing staff was fantastic, her lab technicians were rude. I literally started crying in the waiting room because the lab technician made me feel like I was wasting her time. Despite this, I would go back to Dr. Potti, but would probably want to get my bloodwork done somewhere else to avoid being treated so rudely.

Dr. Potti was really professional and personable. These are things that are not always taught well in medical school but I suspect she already had those abilities:)
