I came for an ear cleaning for my impacted ears because ZocDoc said this office could do so. The doctor was nice. But they couldn’t - they only attempted to use Debrox for 15 minutes and the Doctor wasn’t the one to do it, his assistant did. Because she wasn’t the one that looked in my ear, she assumed that 1 or 2 flakes was some sort of progress, which for an impacted ear is not the case. I left with no progress.
I just received my bill and it was very expensive just to put Debrox down my canals for a very short time to no relief. I was able to fix the problem with YouTube, advice on Reddit, Debrox, an hour’s worth of my time, and a few tools off Amazon that cost less than the bill.
Office was clean, but had almost no equipment. Very quiet.

This doctor was pleasant but I felt like he wasn’t really listening to me or truly understanding what I was saying. I tried to get out my situation and he kept cutting me off trying to be friendly and finish my sentences but really I can’t even say what I need him to know to properly help me. His mind was made up about what was wrong with me and that was the end of the evaluation even though there was a lot more talking that happened. As with most doctors they just want to create their theory and now confirmation bias does the rest. Very frustrating and I will not be returning.

Dr. Babra was a breath of fresh air! I haven't had a primary care doctor in several years due to a couple of moves within the DMV and having poor experiences with the few that I tried. This experience was different - I didn't have to wait to be seen, his bedside manner was awesome, he was friendly, helpful, and showed genuine care. Will 100% be back!
