Firstly, the doctor's office sent me upstairs for an X-ray. Then upon meeting the doctor he examined me asking pertinent questions. He was respectful, kind and told me of his conclusions. He answered my questions in a language that I understood and was open to all of my questions. Dr. Hepinstall gave suggestions which I am excited to try and I do expect to feel better because of my appointment with him.
