The office listed Dr. Patel within my insurance coverage but when I arrived and spoke to their administrator as I wasfilling out my paperwork they notified me I was out-of-network and proceeded to pressure me to confirm the appointment communicating with me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and fearing me into visit. I cannot speak about Dr. Patel but the admin/insurance conversation was not a good experience.

Doctor Patel was very professional, he performed different tests to see what was the problem and made his diagnosis according to the results he got. As I was exiting the office I forgot to asked him something and came back toask him and he was talking on the phone and he saw me and immediately hang off the phone and answered my question which shows that he cares for his patients. Some people might complain about the waiting time but a good Doctor usually take time with his patients.

I actually manage an medical clinic and the service at Dr.Patel’s office is great! I was in and out pretty quickly, considering I had to get registered, seen by the PA, seen by Dr.Patel, has X-rays taken and even had twobraces made and I was able to do all that in under two hours! It was an overall great experience for it being my first time there.

Great specialist. Very good exam skills and knowledge of the hand/wrist. Only downside, waiting room was packed, standing room only and I waited over an hour to be seen. Even so I will go back because the doctor is great.

Dr Patel is EXCELLENT! once seen, he wasted no time. He doesn't prescribe anything you don't need. He takes care into see what's the issue, then look first for a natural solution rather than jumping to surgeries or other unnecessary procedures and meds. I am VERY happy with this Dr.

Wait time was long considering I was on time for my appt . His bedside manner is professional and he seems to know what he’s talking about however my visit lasted all of 2 minutes which seemed very rushed . Hopefullythis isn’t an office I’ll need to visit often if ever again. On another note. He recommended therapy and it’s working out great !

Doctor Patel was super welcoming and gave me a lot of information in a short period of time. They’re efficient but almost feels rushed. They charge $20 for X-rays taken on the premises and $20 for additional injections if needed. Theytake copay before you see the doctor. Office staff was more or less pleasant. Very clean office

I loved the staff in the waiting room, they were lovely enough to put on cooking shows instead of something atrocious like the news, which made waiting in a crowded room so much more bearable! The doctor was absolutely fabulous uponmeeting him for the first time, he really was so personable and helpful, totally worth waiting for! Thanks so much.

The office was clean and well lit. Especially love the big picture window that looks outside. Staff was friendly. Did not like that I was only told that Dr. Patel no longer takes GHI after being registered and waiting for aboutan hour. It would have been more acceptable for me to be told this as I registered. Dr. Patel was personable and informative. He took his time explaining information and I did not feel as if I was being rushed.
