Dr. Matt Milburn has been patient, warm, eloquent and helpful in helping look at various aspects of my life. Advice has been practical and easy to digest. Would recommend to others.
I found Matt to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to understand how to build a rapport with me and maintain an engaging conversation, which helped me to understand and explore our topics of discussion with ease, during our conversations. He maintained an appropriate balance of listening to my thoughts whilst simultaneously providing a blueprint through which we could navigate our discussions. Very happy with our sessions and would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
Dr. Milburn is a truly exceptional therapist. I've seen too many mediocre and even bad ones and finally found a real gem! Smart, insightful, a great listener and he truly cares!
Have seen him for the last few months and he has really helped me transform the negative way I have viewed myself for most of my life. It has given me a lot of hope towards the future
Compassionate , patient, and smart. He will really put in the effort to support and connect you. He is the “ real deal” and anyone would be so lucky to have him help them.
