Psychotherapist
6797 N High St, Ste. 223, Worthington, OH
I provide therapy for adolescents and adults who are feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed by life’s stressors and transitions. Whether you prefer a traditional approach or want to integrate faith into the process, I’ll work with you in a collaborative, supportive way. My goal is to help you find clarity, peace, and hope as you move forward and equip you with practical tools for growth. My approach My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and practice strategies that help you move toward balance and peace. I draw on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge negative thought patterns, mindfulness to build presence and calm, and solution-focused strategies to help you make practical changes. For clients who request it, I also provide faith-based counseling, integrating Christian values with clinical tools to support both spiritual and emotional growth. I see therapy as a partnership. My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and offer tools and insight while encouraging your strengths. I’ll challenge you gently when needed, celebrate your progress, and always adapt the work we do to fit your goals and values. My focus I work with adolescents and adults, with much of my practice focused on college-aged students and young adults navigating the unique challenges of this stage of life. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking support with anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, self-esteem, or difficulty managing their emotions. Others are processing relationship concerns, family conflict, or the pressure of life transitions such as moving away from home, starting a career, or balancing school and work.
