I love Dr Pontzer. I have seen many medical professionals in my life, Dr. P is kind and soft spoken. He is approachable, iykyk, and open to different treatments. I have been very satisfied during my *office visits* for ADHD and Anxiety. I also think highly of his office staff. Savanna at the back desk (scheduling) is AMAZING!
My Complaint: Anytime I have a problem or question, it feels like a completely different experience. I can't get a hold of anyone with actual answers. I have to be seen to handle ANYTHING, even if it's an hour after my appointment. The patient portal msg responses are copied and pasted (last time they even pasted the directions on how to copy & paste in the response). I will be stopping a med cold turkey because the manufacturer is out and they aren't responding. Months ago, they tried to replaced a med with something I had a SEVERE allergic reaction to.. and it wasn't even for the same condition as the med I called about. The responders are incompetent.

The staff treats you like aperson and a patient, not as a paycheck. Theyare thoughtful and considerate and will work with you for both your schedule and payents.
