Hello! My name is Matt Yurkewicz and I grew up in a family of 5 children in the small town of Bradford, Pennsylvania. Growing up in a town of around 9000 people allows me to really appreciate the sense of community you can get with your neighbors, and I desire to bring this feeling of social connection with me everywhere I go. I went to W&J College where I majored in biology and played on the football team. I graduated with my doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. Besides medicine, I have passions for travel, hiking, and sports of all kinds. Moving to Colorado is a big change for me, but when I was able to spend a month visiting the state, I absolutely fell in love with it. I am looking forward for the opportunity to care for the people of the Lone Tree and greater Denver communities, and to exploring the vast wilderness around the Rockies in my free time. My career interests involve Gastroenterology and/or Outpatient Medicine.
