At first, Dr. Norman was great. The first few times I went to her and there was nothing wrong with my health, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. She was very caring and took the time to listen to my worries. She would give an analysis and send in some tests for the lab. The problem was when the lab results came in. When they first had me arrive to fill in the paperwork, there was a section to indicate if they could leave a voicemail with the test results and I checked yes. They refused to leave a voicemail and I would have to call back every time to get my results, and that usually led to a wait time of 10-20 minutes. When I left voicemails, it would take over a day for them to respond. Mind you, if there was nothing wrong I wouldn't care but I'm a worried patient. I call and the wait is over 20 minutes...I have a job I need to attend to too. I couldn't sit around and wait for one of the nurses or a receptionist to pick up. When they finally did pick up, the nurse or receptionist would tell me the test results and that was it. They didn't even attempt to explain the proper procedure moving forward or how this could have came about. They literally just said "your test came back positive" and nothing after. I was the one to have to prompt them to explain further. It's like they expected us to know or figure this out on their own. I was freaked out and immediately booked an appointment with a specialist. The specialist (who I haven't even seen in person yet) called me and spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining everything and how I didn't need to come in to see them. Someone who I'm not even getting billed for took 30 minutes out of their day so I wouldn't waste my time. I expect more from my own doctor. I called yesterady afternoon asking to have Dr. Norman call me back so we could discuss this. It's been over 24 hours. No call back. Someone who isn't even going to bill me took more time out of their day to speak to me than my own doctor. I'm going to take my business elsewhere. This "caring" persona the staff gives is just to get you in the door. When there's actually something wrong, they don't take the time or effort to make sure you feel okay. This isn't the way you treat someone, especially when it's a health concern. This establishment needs to take a look at how they treat their patients because it's not okay.
One redeeming factor, one of the nurses does a really good job drawing blood.

She was so thorough, patient, and kind! A wonderful doctor! It was my first visit with her, being new to the area and not having a physician out here. I found her on ZocDoc because I was sick and needed to see someone today, and I am so pleased to say I bave found my new PCP. It was a wonderful experience.

She has been my doctor for my whole adult life, and I can't imagine finding a more caring, thorough provider. She takes the time to answer every question and always makes sure you feel comfortable & reassured before you leave her office. Everyone should have. PCP like Dr. Norman!

I had Dr. Norman back when I was 19. I am so happy to have her as my doctor again. She is the ONLY doctor I have ever been comfortable with. She goes above and beyond and I can completely trust her. I recommend everyone sees Dr. Norman.

Everyone was extremely professional and efficient without being cold or distant. Highly recommended. As a side note, I'm not sure if this was coincidence with my particular appointment time/reason for visiting, but 100% of the staff members I saw were female. Since I am female and I was there in part for feminine health reasons, this made for an extremely low-pressure environment with an air of safety.

She is a very nice lady. She seems like she is genuinely interested and concerned for the welfare of her patients, and with addressing all of their needs/concerns, and providing her assistance/follow-up where able. Professional demeanor. Was able to accept me as a new patient.
Will be returning to her for additional appointments.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The actual exam was very gentle and everyone there seemed genuinely happy to help me and answer all my questions. The exam room was clean and had the nicest most modern equipment I've seen in a long time. I would highly recommend coming to see Dr Norman and her colleagues. It's nice to finally find a great doctor after such a long search.
