We normally see Brittany however she was not on site the day we were seen. DR. Zamuco did a great job. She was very attentive and thorough. The clinic it's self is always clean and the staff are always welcoming. I would highly recommend both the provider and the practice.

I only see dr. Zamuco when my dr is unavailable. I'm always having to give her our history instead of her looking on the records. She doesn't listen- can't tell you how many times I can say my child has seasonal allergies and she kept saying my child had asthma. The last two times I've seen her, ive been sent home and told to treat over the counter. I've ended up at Night and Day pediatrics after hours with an actual diagnosis each time. (Upper respiratory infections, ear infections she missed, and sinusitis)

My three children have seen Dr. Zamuco,we had her in McAllen,Tx for several years and now we are blessed to have her in San Antonio.Best pediatrician in the whole world!!!!

The Doctor was great, I just cant say the same for the staff. The nurse we had, I am guess was a intern from Concord. She was rude and would not listen I would have to repeat my sons symptoms 3x to her. The front office staff took a good 2-3minutes to realize I was standing infront of them waiting to be checked in thus showing up 15mins early only to leave almost 2hrs later???

We went in for a rash on my daughters neck, as soon as she walked in she was rude, didn't even say good morning or anything just looked at us like "so what do you want" shoulders shrugging and all, she kept touching my daughters neck and never washed her hands after. When I asked if she could write down the name of what she thought was wrong with my daughters neck she rolled her eyes. All in all I left very unhappy she basically told me to put meds I had already been putting before I took her to the appt. Her bedside manner was horrible and she was rude to her staff, she was trying to hand me a post it over a counter which I couldn't reach over, due to being 8 months pregnant, she wasn't even kind enough to roll her chair closer to the counter or stand up and hand it to me, she made her receptionist (who was on the phone!!) hand it to me. She was extremely disrespect and I will NOT be making another appt with her. The MA and receptionist are very kind and helpful! The doctor was the only one with attitude. I was pissed when I left and still am!!!

I do not enjoy seeing her . She told me my child didn't have anything wrong with him and took no interest in my concerns . She is also very hard to understand and gets frustrated when you ask her to repeat herself.

Love this doctor, but not a fan of the wait time I waited more than an hour and a half to be seen today. Not a happy camper. I understand I was a last minute patient but that's way too long to wait to be seen.
