The Dr was nice but had a snafu with virtual appointment versus in office. There was an error. It managed to get fixed the they were patient with me even though I was a little aggravated. Things were solved and I changed to them being my PCP afterwards but they never got my id picture or insurance card picture I did on zocdoc so I had to do stuff all over again which is a little annoying.
