I took my 17yr old. It was an awful first experirence. this woman should not be allowed to practice. She barely spoke, when we asked her questions she shrugged. I will never ever go there again. Office was filthy. Terrible experience.

Dr. Meena Devalla and her medical staff at the Newark, NJ location were very professional and kind. They work diligently to accommodate all there patients needs. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. My only problem has to do with the office itself. Simply put, it is in serious need of an upgrade. Besides the fact that the office is very small, the machines are considerably out of date. I went there for an ultrasound and could hardly make out what was on the small screen, which wasn't even capable of printing out pictures. Other than that my appointment was fairly pleasant.

I didnt feel like she was very personable with me with it being my first visit to her office and all. She barely spoke two words to me, she didnt ask me if i had any questions and she did a breast exam with my clothes still on. I dont think thats how its supposed to be done. The office wasnt very pleasing to the eye and the office staff had their children running through the office as if it was a playground. I would not recommend her to anyone and i most certainly will not be going back.

It was a horrible experience and I will never return. I went to the belleville office and it just seemed like an old run down building. Old furniture, dirty carpet nothing welcoming at all. I was scared to even sit on the chairs. The doctor seem very rushed and rude. But what what really turned me off was when I went to get my blood taken. I went to this very small looking closet type of a room. When I went in the tech taking my blood started talking to me. So as I was giving her my info she slowly starts walking out of the door backwards, she then says to me "I'm still listening to you I'm just going out the door to pass gas". I was in shock. She then comes in and gets air freshener and sprays. I will never go back to this place again.

I came to her cause my Dr. Swadge was out and i really needed to be seen. When i arrived the office was full nowhere to sit because it was so small. They were calling people that came after me before me. When i finally was seen she was cold like for example she didn't get to know me and when she gave me paperwork she just placed it on the desk. Just not friendly at all. I had to wait at the window for over 10min before her staff asked how can i help you. She never called me to give my results or to follow up on my next appointment. After that i never came back. I will never leave my doctor again i will stay with him and just wait next time.

The visit was ok. It was my first time and I ws the 2nd person in the office at 9 am. Filled out new person paperwork and the office began to fill. With no tv limited seating and reading material before long people were standing around due to the wait. Also I wasn't seen until about 10:15 when my appointment was 9 am. I don't thunk the dr was in till 10 am so I sat over an hour. However my visit was done by about 20 mins later so next time I'll know. I will be back because the mission was accomplished.

her staff was lovely however she was rushed and not at all thorough. very short, not rude just treats her clients like cattle. I will go for my follow up visit in a month but never again after that. it was 3rd world service.

My visit was good. but the office was freezing. She did not have the heat on. And it was freezing outside. I want to come into a clinic and feel warm and cozy. It was so cold in there, I have no idea how the employees did not complain.

I feel like I was rushed in and out, she didn't really take her time or seemed to care much about me as the patient. I mentioned I had a particular issue and she didn't ask any questions about it, only gave me a prescription for a gel and told me nothing about it. It turns out it really bothered me and I'll never use it again. The only reason I'm going back is to get my papsmear results.
