I tried to get a referral and they said they would do it for me but the day of my appointment I got a phone call from the dermatologist saying it never went through. I had to cancel my appointment and reschedule it for another day and the day before my next appointment it still wasn’t done. I had to call again and they finally got it done. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Boppana always takes what you say into consideration. There has never been a visit where she isn’t listening carefully and answering all of my questions. Anytime I have symptoms the cause great concern, she kindly refers me to specialist. She always schedules a follow up as well so that she is in the loop about the care that was provided through her referral. I think that is important for patients. Some days the wait time is long, some days it is not. It all depends on that particular day. Nevertheless, her care is always great.

Unprofessional. Waited nearly two hours to be seen and once I was seen she had two phone in which she unapologeticly answered. Gave mediocre feedback and did not explain what I had went there for. I left having more questions. Also referred me to a place without approving my content of location or providing more information

I felt that her staff prepared for the circumstances.
Thank goodness the doctor had the proper medical training.
