“My PCP of ten years just up and left the practice with no warning and no forwarding information. So you can imagine how upset I was having to start all over again and find a doctor who had the same kind of care and attention that my previous one had. I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Dr. Ruby (I know she's a NP, but I'm calling her Dr. Ruby lol). She listened, she went through all of my test results and history that I had forwarded to the office and made recommendations. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The whole office has a great vibe. ”

It was good first experience at the office. The wait time was short. I was in and out. EKG done and was able to schedule blood work for Sunday which is great.

The staff was amazing!!!!! So nice and personable. I didn’t see the female doctor I booked but the male doctor was very nice with a great bedside manner. But that usually happens at a multi-practice. My follow up is in a week. So clearly I’ll be back.

I waited for quite a long time to be seen. People who came in after me were called in before me, including first-timers like myself. Dr. Garzon called me next and said she noticed I had been sitting there for more than an hour. Thank God for that.
She listened to my concerns about my current prescription and listed exactly why she wouldn't have prescribed it to me and what she's prescribing instead and what she wants me to do before I see her next for a stress test. I'm grateful she was so observant and saw me even though my chart got lost in the sauce of her office team.
