During our recent visit, he promptly tested us for strep, flu, and COVID-19, diagnosing us with a viral upper respiratory infection. He immediately provided the necessary work/school absence letters, making the process smooth. Although the facility is listed as pediatric care, they do see both children and adults, which is helpful.”

The app selected something I did not select which I told the front desk, he kept on saying that I’m the one who clicked on injury which I did not. Then he couldn’t figure out how to transfer me to another Urgent Care that took my insurance for my son. If I had known it wasn’t accepted i would’ve made the appointment using ZocDoc. Clearly ZocDoc is not accurate.
