She was very good! Took my main issues as priority and offered me immediate help and advice. When we talked about weight she did not make me feel bad or blame all other issues on my weight and took my depression seriously. She’s was very informative tho on how to help with my health and gave info to start with. I was happy with the care I got overall.

It was just traumatic having revisit my issues in DETAIL for nearly an hour just to be turned away so coldly and told that the dr was already leaving to another office after all of that, and to essentially be interrogated simply for trying to find a permanent PCP. And feeling weirdly judged every time I tried to reiterate my story (the girls there were very sweet, but the dr herself was extremely cold)…. If you have a convoluted case and struggle with advocating for yourself, don’t come here. It wasted my entire day and my mental welfare

The wait time was short. Dr. Philkhana was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was great as well. I get really nervous getting my blood drawn, and the staff was very patient with me. Overall it was a great experience!

It’s been almost a week since I did blood work, the labs came back 2 days later and still the doctor hasn’t reviewed the labs.
