Doctor Mei Ho did a contact lens exam which I paid for out of pocket. I requested a copy of the prescription after the exam and have not been given one to date. I was given trial pairs of my old prescription and the lady who is always in the front of the store told me that I have to “test” the contacts before they can write me a prescription. Isn’t an eye exam a matter of science?

Dr. Ho and her Brooklyn office were great! Her office was very attentive. I arrived early to provide my vision insurance information. It was a Saturday and wasn't too busy at the time so Dr. Ho was able to see me early. She was patient and very responsive to my questions and concerns. She provided thoughtful answers and I felt that she cared. Would definitely continue seeing her!
