“Dr. R was very personable and very thorough. before my appointment I was given a courtesy call to explain that my insurance was not accepted, and that there would be a fee for the appointment. I was given the option whether to cancel the appointment. Because I had very urgent concerns I decided to continue with the appointment. Dr. R was very thorough in reviewing my eyes with multiple types of evaluations. After the test was done, she took her time to explain all the details about my condtion and came up with a plan to resolve the issues. After leaving my appointment, I was not able to find one of the over-the-counter. Medications that she recommend recommended. I was able to reach out to her get some alternate recommendations from her in a timely manner. I look forward to my next appointment with her.”

The Doc was great. Very personable. The office is small but techy (eg. Eye exams conducted via VR headset). Doc explained everything along the way though.

Felt great to be seen and heard! I appreciate the Saturday hours, and the central location that is within walking distance of various train and bus lines. Dr. Ramsarat and her assistant were kind and treated us well, and Dr. Ramsarat provided solutions to other issues in addition to the issue for which I made the appointment. I highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Ramsarat is great. She was friendly and the visit with her went pretty smooth. I have no issues with her. My issues are 1. I was on time and still I had to wait 30+ min, and 2. The policy there is that you have to pay an unreasonable fee to get a prescription. It doesn't go towards the thing you actually need (i.e. meds, glasses). It's just for the act of them writing you the prescription itself that you then have to take elsewhere to pay for whatever the prescription says you need on top of that. And it wasn't a matter of insurance, it was posted at the front desk, everyone is required to pay the same exact fee. I've never had to pay a provider to write me a prescription so that feels janky and wrong. And for that reason alone it's highly unlikely that I will be returning bc who has money for that?? It's disappointing though, because I actually really liked Dr. Ramsarat.
