Melanie was very respectful/polite. Communication skills were excellent. However, at the reception area the three ladies behind the reception desk would talk (not work related) will I and two more patient were waiting for them to finish talking. That was pretty rude. The patients should always be attended first unless there is an emergency.

Front desk staff here is amazing, so incredibly warm and welcoming. I was seen nearly right away. Melanie is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and in no way did I feel rushed thru the appointment, all my questions were answered! As an anxious person I felt very calm and like I was in good hands!!!

Dr. Hodges was amazing! She was extremely thorough and explained everything to me. It wasn’t rushed and I didn’t feel like a number like I usually do with doctors. She was amazing!
