I'm always anxious when going to the doctor, but Dr. Chan was so professional. I felt she was genuinely interested in my history and learning how she could best care for me. She was very thorough and asked a lot of questions to assess what I needed. It was a very positive experience.

Dr. Chan listened carefully to all my concerns and ordered tests and recommended referrals for me. The office is a little confusing (there are posters for cosmetic procedures up, which is off-putting), but everyone who works there was very nice. I can see why some reviews mention Dr. Chan's manner being abrupt, but I honestly appreciated her being to-the-point when it comes to routine parts of the process. If you've been to a doctor before, you kinda know the drill. She was attentive and took her time when I explained my medical concerns and symptoms, which is what really matters to me.
