Gave me some bad news via message then proceeded to ghost me after only giving unclear instructions.
Everyone was so kind, communicative, and really cared about all of my concerns. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Chu!

How to get experience, Dr. Chou was kind and thoughtful and listened. Very nice and professional medical staff.
Friendly, efficient and attentive. I AM going back (follow up) and will definitely recommend to friends.
Verified patient
Pleasant, but not the most knowledgable doctor. I'd see someone else for something complex.
Friendly staff, comfortable experience, knowledgeable doctor, and super fast!

I felt written off and like he didn’t pay attention to what I was saying. He suggested a diagnosis that was unrelated to my symptoms, and when I questioned him further and pointed out how my symptoms are different, he literally said “hmm, I guess it’s not that then”. He provided no further insight and I left the office just as anxious as I came in, with more questions than I started with.
Very easy to talk to and listened to my issues

Great doctor, quick visit, followed up on my results in a timely manner. Shoutout to the Mount Sinai team, so friendly and I would definitely recommend! :)
I scheduled an appointment to be tested and it was my first time here. Both the doctor, staff, and the office were very nice and professional. The lotion of having a late 7pm appointment was also convenient since it's near where I work, and I just walked there after I finished.

Wonderful experience — was seen very quickly, friendly staff and a cleanly environment. Will continue to come back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a new doctors office.

My first visit because my prior PCP is now a concierge practice. The office staff was very helpful, efficient and customer service was excellent. Had a pleasant visit with Dr. Chu and plan to return.

High recommend! I hadn’t been to a doctor in a long time and he took the time to go through everything, make me feel safe, and emphasized I could always come back to see him if I had more questions or couldn’t find the right specialists for me.
Not the friendliest or most engaging doctor I’ve been seen by. Was nice enough but didn’t seem particularly interested in my appointment.
Great !

Haven’t been to the doctor in a very long time and he said it was normal to be nervous during the appointment and helped calm me down
A fantastic appointment with Bryce Chu, he was attentive, communicated well and clearly had my best interests at heart. I would 100% recommend Bryce for anyone searching for a PCP.

Dr. Chu is very patient, answers all questions, does not make you feel rushed at all. For ex, he took extra time to explain the meaning of the blood pressure range numbers. Highly recommend!
Dr. Chu and his medical assistant (I think her name was Kayla) were extremely professional, communicative, and helpful. His medical assistant made me feel comfortable and in good hands. I got exactly what I needed out of the appointment, was in and out very quickly, and will definitely return for future primary care needs. Highly recommend!
Very helpful!

The appointment went well and I would recommend Dr Chu as a PCP. He was thorough and he asked if I had any questions. He provided reassurance about an issue I was dealing with. The office staff was friendly and the checkin process was seamless

The doctor made no effort to empathize with the situation I was outlining, including that I had a bunch of choking fits the prior night and trouble breathing, didn’t engage me with any concern and just engaged as if I was a standard virus case so treatment options were limited to OTC treatments I was already doing (but what if those same treatments do nothing and I feel like I’m constantly choking in my sleep tonight? Tough luck I guess? even verbal guidance on how to handle and when to consider escalating to hospital would be helpful). Thank goodness, ironically, I tested positive for bacterial infection … otherwise, I would have literally achieved nothing out of the appointment (other than frustration and new anxiety about trying to breathe tonight could look like).
They were very efficient with all the vaccines and tests that were conducted. Overall great experience with great advice from Doctor Chu.

The doctor was very thorough and patient. He asked several questions in order to have a deep understanding of my ailment. He had a professional and considerate air about him.
