Loved her! She relieved my fears with excellent explanations of what was going on with me. Did an uncomfortable tube up the nose and down the throat thing with minimal discomfit. She explained as she went along. Highly recommended!

In order to complete her medical education, Dr. Mortenson attended the State University of New York Upstate. In addition to her general training, she has received specialized training in voice and swallowing disorders. To keep her practice up-to-date, Dr. Mortenson attends the annual LISO (Language, Interaction, and Social Organization) Conference as well as conferences specific to her voice and swallowing specialization.

She was terrific. Solved my problem. Offered assistance on other issues no one ever tried to handle before. She did not rush, made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely go back to see her again, if I have an ENT issue, and would highly recommend her and the office.
