Our Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership offers a different approach — personalized healthcare with direct access to an experienced Nurse Practitioner who has time for you.
This practice is intentionally designed to provide:
• Faster access to care
• Longer, more thorough appointments
• Direct communication with your provider
• Better continuity and follow-up
• Convenient telehealth and in-person care
• A simpler, more personal healthcare experience
Instead of paying separately for every office visit, urgent care trip, or message, members receive ongoing access and support through one predictable membership structure.
Membership includes access for:
• Routine primary care
• Sick visits and basic urgent care
• Medication management
• Chronic disease management
• Telehealth visits
• In-person office visits
• Phone and text communication
• Care coordination
• Select office procedures and testing
Appointments are intentionally longer than traditional primary care visits, allowing time to properly evaluate concerns, answer questions, discuss treatment options, and build a real provider-patient relationship.
Membership Pricing:
• Ages 16–39: $125/month
• Ages 40–64: $150/month
• Ages 65+: $175/month
Memberships are billed quarterly and require a minimum 90-day commitment. There is no enrollment fee for initial enrollment.
HSA/FSA eligible payment options are now available for qualifying patients.
To preserve timely access and personalized care, membership availability is intentionally limited.

This doctor is far from professional, went to pharmacy he never sent them..im out of meds, missed the next appointment communicated with me up until that point , and then just stopped answering messagss..im far from a pain im very cool , he did me wrong and im now out of my zoloft.

first he asked me to reschedule from friday to sunday— which i thought was odd. then they rescheduled my appointment without my consent or confirmation. i was not able to establish care and lost total trust in this practice. provider blamed it on the administrator and took zero accountability. very unprofessional.
