The doctor was nice and knowledgeable. The office staff was rude and unprofessional. Upon arrival I was informed my insurance was inactive. They thought it was inactive since 9am and my appointment was at 12/45pm. They decided to call insurance only when I arrived. I wanted 30 mins while they tried to authorize my insurance. There was nothing wrong with it - my insurance was active. I waited 30
Mins and was finally called into the doctors cabinet. Not a single person apologized for making me wait nor explained why they thought my insurance did not work. I never had an issue like this before with my insurance.
The office manager Kim was rude and unpleasant to deal with.

When I booked this appointment, I expected to be diagnosed. Instead, the provider just told me what not to do and return, if it persists. Suffer in pain until the next visit and maybe I will give you a diagnosis, after billing my insurance for a 2nd time and another copay, not again.
