Staff were friendly and nice. Melissa the Derm PA was nice as well and very informative. I will say the appointment felt rushed and there wasn't any room for extra questions or concerns i had outside of the main reason for the visit. Hopefully i can address them during the follow up I have.

I made an appointment the week before. I received an email the day of the appointment canceling. If I had not looked at my email would not have known. Very unprofessional. This appointment was important to me as I have an issue that needs immediate attention. No one has ever contacted me to reschedule. I made an appointment with a physician, but I have to wait an additional two weeks.

The office is really clean and quiet, the staff was really friendly, and we were seen at our exact appointment time. Once we were in the actual room the doctor came in within 5 minutes (I have NEVER been seen by a doctor that quickly). She thoughtfully listened and heard all of our concerns and even gave us comfort and validation which is rare. She even took the time to go over my daughters morning routine to make sure she was using appropriate products and gave samples tailored to our concerns. The entire appointment was great and I have already recommended her to two people.
