Melissa was very professional and knowledgeable. She was informative, gave me options for a course of treatment, and was a great listener to my concerns and questions. She also made sure the chair was wiped down from the patient before me!

I had a 30+ wait which was not ideal as I was coming in during lunch at work. The dr was wonderful she took her time and really got the root of what was causing my skin to freak out.

This was my second visit and words cannot express how grateful I am to have Dr Smirnoff as my provider. She’s a wonderful provider, she engages with her patients which is hard to find nowadays.

The office was very modern and check in was quick and efficient. I didn’t wait long at all to see the provider. She asked what I was there for, checked my medical history, and asked if there were any other issues or concerns I had regarding my skin. What I loved most about Melissa was she was very warm, welcoming, and professional. I will definitely recommend and continue to come to this practice if additional services are needed.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HAVING ANYTHING COSMETIC DONE TO MY FACE SO OF COURSE I WAS NERVOUS. MELISSA IS NOT ONLY KIND & PATIENT BUT VERY INFORMATIVE & PROFESSIONAL. SHE LITERALLY WALKED ME THROUGH EVERY DETAIL. I LOVED THAT SHE DIDNT HAVE A HEAVY HAND NOR PRESSURE ME INTO DOING MORE THAN WAS NEEDED AND GAVE ME A NATURAL LOOK, SHE BASICALLY ERASED A FEW YEARS WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! ILL BE BACK SOON!!

Melissa is very knowledgeable on her field. I had an allergic reaction to a tattoo and she recommended tests to run to find out what caused the reaction. She took the process very seriously and I appreciate that. Her office is tidy and the environment is comfortable.

Dr Smirnow has all you can expect from a dermatologist, she's very efficient and truly caring.
She is happy to explain what's going on, what she's doing and is always engaging, this makes you comfortable asking questions which is helpful at every level.
Consequently, my wife sees her too and I would recommend her to any of my friends if they need a top dermatologist

Melissa Smirnow was an incredible PA. Being insecure about my eczema, Melissa was able to make me feel comfortable to speak about my history with eczema in order to properly diagnose the right treatments and medications that best suit me.
The office is clean and all of the staff members are lovely and accommodating.

Melissa is very professional! Whenever I am getting a procedure done with her she is always so comforting regarding any of the pain I question her about. She’s always informing you what she’s doing and what she is about to do during procedure. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
