The doctor was not receptive to my complaints. She was dismissive. She was able to give me a diagnosis the the medication she said would give the issue is not working. I am seeing another one for a different opinion and recently found out that this doctor was let go for Methodist. Not the best experience and I am still in pain.

The doctor was pleasant/seemed knowledgeable but subsequent actions left me with an overall bad experience. She said they would send something for the pain to my pharmacy of choice which we discussed and they said they had the contact information. I later found on MyChart that it had been sent to Express Scripts in Missouri which doesn't take prescriptions under 90 days and I would not have gotten the prescription for another 7 days. When I called and tried to explain, whoever answered wouldn't listen to what I was trying to explain and told me be quiet and wait till the end of the day and hung up. I finally got hold of someone who was helpful. I didn't know what medications she was sending nor was there any explanation. Later I read on MyChart everything was explained in detail. It wasn't. Nor was it explained what would happen if physical therapy didn't help. Also notes on my past back history were not correct. I will not be going back to this doctor.
