This is NOTHING against the provider but I booked an appointment for a specific reason which I listed when booking. After arriving and being checked in I was told that they had noticed what my appointment was for but informed me that they couldn’t do it. Why not let me know that before I had driven all the way there?! I never even saw the provider so I can’t really rate her but the overall experience was super frustrating. I guess my recommendation would be to call after booking but that kind of defeats the purpose of using Zoc Doc, so I guess this is just a warning and will prevent it from happening to someone else

Not anything on the doctor, but they have Nexplanon listed as a service and they don’t do it. I drove 30 minutes to the office to get there after filling out the paperwork, explicitly stating my visit reason. I also communicated with the front desk stating my reason for visit. When I was taken back by the nurse, I told her I was coming for Nexplanon and she went “oh you booked through ZocDoc, huh? She can’t do that”
If it’s enough of a problem to where you know where I booked it, why was this not flagged earlier?
Frustrating experience. Nonetheless do not book here for Nexplanon.

I really like Caduceus. Melody Hosseini was great and I felt like she really allowed space for me to advocate for myself while still giving me excellent guidance on how to move forward.

Melody was very professional, she listened to all my concerns and answered every question. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored. She conducted a very thorough physical exam. The office was nice and clean and the staff is friendly. I would definitely come back. The only bad thing is that thy don’t do blood draws in house, I have to go to an external lab.

I’ve been looking for a great provider since I didn’t like the last few doctors I’ve seen. I finally found the place for me. The office is beautiful and doesn’t feel medical right when you walk in, which really helps my anxiety. All staff was friendly, but especially PA Melody. I will finally continue care w a provider I feel comfortable with.

It's a real challenge to have symptoms at home and wonder "Do I make an appointment today or not yet?" Well, I am so glad I made an appointment with Melody who listened to my concerns and symptoms and pinpointed my diagnosis and the necessary immediate treatment! Melody and the office staff were so pleasant and caring. The examination room was orderly and very clean. I recommend Melody to anyone who needs a medical professional to personally listen to your symptoms and other important medical issues you may be experiencing and together find a path for increased health and well-being.
