“I was having a minor health issue, but my soonest PCP appointment would be 3 weeks away. Dr. Connolly was available the same day and within 5 minutes of walking through the door I was being examined. The facilities were very welcoming and high quality. Dr. Connolly was very professional and friendly. She was able to diagnose my issue quickly and helped me through the next stages.
Overall it was a great experience and I would see her again. ”

I’m Dr. Connolly, co-founder and board-certified family physician. My approach is simple: I want to understand you—your life, your priorities, and what matters most—so we can make healthcare decisions together.
I’m deeply committed to creating a space that is inclusive, affirming, and never shaming. Virtual visit: $100
Office visit: $150
There may be additional charges for any diagnostic or lab services as needed. We will always let you know if this is the case.
If you’re looking for ongoing, more personalized care, many patients find our membership option to be a great fit—it’s $129/month with a one-time registration fee of $100 for unlimited appointments and the ability to message your doctor anytime. PATIENTS FAILING TO SHOW UP TO THE APPOINTMENT WILL INCUR A $50 CANCELLATION FEE.
