After several visits this month to the dentist, it was clear that I stopped being a priority the minute I hesitated to go through with the suggested treatments that I have yet to get a straight answer of whether they are absolutely necessary or elective. They very pushily presented a treatment plan outside of my financial means while I was still under anesthesia after an hour of dental work (5 cavities filled) and signed me up for a credit line using deceptive tactics when I explicitly told them I did not want to open a credit line. I had to wait over 3.5 hours over the course of two days (with two separate appointments that I arrived on time for) to ultimately not get seen by the dentist for a filling that was done at the beginning of this month that started to shred dental floss and broke off without any extraneous provocation. I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone, if they don't feel like they can make a profit off of you they will ignore you and waste an incredible amount of your time!

I would NEVER see this Doctor or their team again. They tried to scam me into a credit card for veneers and charged me the entire amount before I EVER saw the doctor. The cleaning was so-so...and I saw the doctor for literally 2 minutes. You will be utterly disappointed with their level of service.

The staff is amazing!!! Super friendly. The office is clean, flat screens attached to every chair. I trust Dr. Melvin Velasquez and will continue to see him. He addresses all my questions and concerns. The follow-up protocols for the office are great. You will not miss an appt. as you get text messages and emails reminding you of your appt.

I went in for an annual cleaning. This was my first time seeing Dr. Velazquez. The front desk personnel greeted me immediately and was thorough in explaining all the paper work I needed to sign. I had to wait between 30-60 mins to see the doctor. First, his technician took, what seemed like a lot of, xrays of my mouth. Then the doctor introduced himself and looked through the xrays and then started cleaning my teeth. The cleaning was very quick (probably 5mins); I didn't feel they did a thorough cleaning; the doctor didn't brush nor flossed my teeth.

Great practice! I would recommend this one to a lot of my friends. The staff was very professional. And the doctor took time to explain everything according to my needs! Clean, and organize doctors office! Easy on street parking!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the exam room. The staff is very efficient and friendly. Dr Velazquez is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions which put me at ease. He spent quite a bit of time speaking to me which is a refreshing change from my past experiences with other healthcare professionals.
