About Dr. John Hagedorn
Dr. Hagedorn graduated from Columbia University College of
Dental Medicine where he was inducted as a member of the
Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He was
also the recipient of the 2021 American College of Dentists
award. After dental school, he completed a general practice
residency program at the Manhattan VA hospital where he
learned advanced general dental procedures especially in
minimally invasive restorations, crowns, bridges, and veneers,
implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, root canals, emergency
procedures, and periodontal procedures.
Dr. Hagedorn is a member of the American Dental Association
and is a certified Invisalign provider. He values patient centered
care and is willing to work with patients to find the best possible
treatment that fits their current lifestyle and needs. He has
embraced new dental technology including dental photography
and intra-oral scanning to allow patients to better visualize and
understand what is happening in their mouths.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hagedorn enjoys watching and playing
sports, cooking, traveling, hiking, snow skiing, and spending time
with his wife and two dogs.
