The wait time was a little long but it was the weekend. I did not get seen by the doctor with whom I scheduled an appointment. The doctor that did see me was a bit rushed and dismissive of my main concern. Hope the next visit goes better.”

About Dr. Mike Lee
Dr. Lee completed his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University. He then attended Loma Linda University Dental School in Southern California, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated in 2001. Dr. Lee spent several years practicing general dentistry, focusing on endodontic treatments. During his time as a general dentist, he performed over 4,000 non-surgical root canal treatments and completed over 300 dental implants. After eight years in general dentistry practice, in July 2015, he pursued an endodontics residency at New York University Lutheran Medical Center in Puerto Rico.
Dr. Lee provides specialized care for patients when their restorative dental needs require treatment of the soft tissue or ?pulp? of the tooth. Most of the time, Dr. Lee provides endodontic therapy (more commonly known as root canals) to our patients. In the rare event that the root canal does not produce the desired outcome, Dr. Lee is skilled in providing an advanced endodontic microsurgery called an apicoectomy, or ?root end surgery.?
In addition to Dr. Lee's broad dental experience, he also speaks Spanish, Korean, and English to better serve our patients. We are proud of the extensive experience and passion that Dr. Lee brings to his specialty and are happy that he is part of our team at Advanced Dental Arts.

Experiencia pésima empezando mi cita era a las 12:30pm fui atendida a la 1:40pm y por una persona que me dijo lo q yo ya sabía ni siquiera por el supuesto especialista que me dijeron q me vería no me hicieron nada solo q tenía q irme a otro prestador para q me hicieran la endodoncia porq ellos no lo hacían cuando antes de agendar mi cita me dijeron q ahí lo hacían, tampoco me dijeron nada para el dolor, el consultorio llenísimo de personas todas esperando por su cita terrible la logística de ese lugar jamás lo recomendaría

On October 11, I came into the office delusional in pain seeking help for my tooth. I signed documentation that clearly states that payment is due at the time services are rendered. The only service I received was a tooth extraction and xrays(both of which I received notification that were processed through my insurance).
Tuesday October 22nd I called the office to cancel the rest of the procedure. I requested a refund and was told that someone would call me by the end of the week.
Monday October 28th I called the office to follow up and was told by a very rude person that I would need to come in and be seen again and talk about the refund.
After that person hung up on me… I called back and spoke to someone else reconfirmed that finance would call me by the end of the week.
An implant was not a service that was rendered and as such, Im owed my money back
The office is being unresponsive to attempts to talk. Horrible place that takes advantage of patients in pain. They should be ashame

Dr. Lee is simply the best! I was nervous about getting a root canal, but Dr. Lee's expertise and gentle approach put me at ease. The procedure was practically painless, and I'm grateful for his skillful hands. Highly recommend Dr. Lee for any dental procedure!

The staff is incompetent. They called me to verify my insurance information, a day before the appointment. When I got to the office they asked for my insurance information again, then they tell me - we don't take your insurance. A total waste of time.

I initially came to Nunez Dental to get my tooth pulled. The staff here showed me that there is a better solution. I don't normally have good experiences with dentists but Dr. Lee made my root canal as painless as possible. This place is great.
