Not seen by the dentist I signed for and then they refused to give me my dental records!!!!

I attempted to call, no response. That was first red flag. I arrived 15 minutes earlier as prompted being a new patient but no one greeted front desk yet there were 3 people chatting and laughing were seated in rear office and no one came up to me. I figured they were on lunch break yet
It was approximately 15 minutes before anyone came to ask me if I had an appointment and went back to the rear office. Again after 7 minutes he came to ask my name and went back. 2 other people walked in and went straight in without regard even the sensor lights went out so I sat in the dark by then 20 minutes passed and nothing so I got up and walked out.
Simple courtesy goes a long way and which they obviously lacked.

I GOT SCHEDULED WITH A GENERALIST AT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LOCATION WHO WAS EVIL (that is putting it lightly). Horrible experience with Dr. Nunez at Nunez Dental. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism by a so-called Dentist. From the get-go she was trying to be deeming in her delivery and was extremely dismissive of my issues. She also mocked me when expressing how uncomfortable a region in my mouth was, not to add she was extremely aggressive, that I was left with pain afterwards. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and GO ELSEWHERE (it don't matter what the reason is). Trust me. I thought I was going to go see Dr.Lee and be fine, but these reviews are keeping it 100% REAL, because they DO NOT SCHEDULE YOU WITH DR.LEE AND YOU ARE SCHEDULED ELSEWHERE WITH SOME GENERALIST.
